Our included tour of the Philippines’ capital includes the walled city of Intramuros, where we’ll experience a typical ‘barrio fiesta’ at Barbara’s Restaurant. DAY 3 Tagaytay Today we head to the picturesque city of Tagaytay. Here we can admire views of and Volcano and soak up the vistas from atop the People’s Park in the Sky. Later, we’ll see the Bamboo Organ of Las Piñas – a unique musical instrument – before pausing at a

DAY 4 Laoag/Vigan Today we fly to Laoag, the capital of the Illocos Norte province, where we’ll enjoy lunch before a city tour. We then continue to Vigan, for an overnight stay. HOTEL LUNA, VIGAN (4-STAR)
DAY 5 Vigan
Historic mansions, cobblestone streets and horse-drawn carriages known as kalesa are the hallmarks of UNESCO- listed Vigan. Our tour highlights include the 18th century Archbishop’s Palace, St Paul’s Metropolitan Cathedral, the Padre Jose Burgos National Museum and the hilltop Santa Maria Church. DAY 6 Sagada/Banaue The Mountain Province town of Sagada is our destination today. We’ll visit the ancient burial caves and the Bontoc Museum before heading to Banaue, where dinner is served at our hotel. BANAUE HOTEL, BANAUE (3-STAR)
DAY 7 Banaue Hapao is noted for its spectacular rice terraces and we’ll admire them on today’s included excursion. After a picnic lunch, the rest of the day is free. BANAUE HOTEL, BANAUE (3-STAR)
DAY 8 Tarlac After a leisurely morning, we’ll set off for Tarlac, where we stay tonight. En route we stop at Dalton Pass – where many battles were fought during the Second World War – and Sta Fe, for a chance to appreciate local handicrafts. MICROTEL TARLAC, TARLAC (3-STAR)
DAY 9 Manila Today we head back to Manila. Along the way we’ll stop at San Guillermo Church and the Chinese Cemetery. More like a small town, its streets are lined with palatial mausoleums. JEN MANILA, MANILA (4-STAR)
DAY 10 Bohol Our day begins with a short flight to Tagbilaran on the island of Bohol. Highlights of our tour include the Blood Compact Shrine and Baclayon Church and Museum. We’ll see the famous Chocolate Hills, then take in Bilar Man- Made Forest and enjoy a catamaran cruise on the Loboc River, including a barbecue lunch. Our final stop is a tarsier sanctuary. These creatures are known for their large eyes and their ability to leap and cling to trees. BOHOL BEACH CLUB, BOHOL (4-STAR)
DAY 11 Panglao Why not join today’s optional tour of Panglao Island, starting at Bohol Bee Farm. We’ll also see the Hinagdanan Cave, and have time to enjoy an included lunch and relax on the beach. BOHOL BEACH CLUB, BOHOL (4-STAR)
DAY 12 Cebu We reach Cebu, the Philippines’ oldest Spanish settlement, by fast ferry. After lunch, our city tour introduces us to historic Fort San Pedro, Magellan’s Cross, Colon Street - the oldest street in the Philippines - and Carbon Market.

DAY 13 Cebu After a day at leisure, tonight we head to a restaurant for a farewell drink and dinner. MARIBAGO BLUEWATER IN CEBU
DAYS 14 & 15 Cebu to UK Fly back to the UK on day 14, arriving on day 15.

Singapore 3 nights from £899
You can extend your holiday and spend three nights in Singapore, starting on day 14 of your tour. You will stay in the 4-star Furama City Centre on a bed-and-breakfast basis, plus one dinner. During your stay, enjoy a tour of the city by night, which includes a trishaw ride to the famous Raffl es Hotel, where you can sample a Singapore Sling cocktail. Also included is a full-day tour taking in Chinatown, the Malay quarter and Little India. You will also have the option to join an excursion to the spectacular Gardens by the Bay.
You will not be accompanied by a Tour Manager. A specialist Local Guide will be your host.
