Procedure Weight SG 516 with 423 and mix with magnetic stirrer, then add the rest of the silicone phase. Add the rest of A phase and heat up to 60ºC. Weight B phase until homogenization and heat up to 60ºC. Place A phase into mixer and begin pouring B phase little by little, forming emulsion. Once emulsion is formed, add phases C and D. Pass it through Silverson (3000 rpm) for 3 minutes or turrax.

Mix well Part B with HANIL mixer for 60 seconds. Add Part A and Part B into mixing reactor and then heat it to 80 degree Celsius and mix it well. Add Part C to Part AB little by little mixing by Cowles blades 500 – 3000 rpm in 80 degree Celsius. Cool down it to about 40 degree Celsius with mixing by 3000 rpm. Fill into packages.
