Day 1 Fly to Beirut. Day 2 Beiteddine Explore the 13th century crusader castle at Sidon. Travel to Beiteddine and visit the Palace and museum. Continue to Deir el Khamar. Day 3 Baalbek Explore the Temple of Bacchus and Venus and the colonnade of the Temple of Jupiter. Visit Anjar, then on to Ksara for wine tasting. Day 4 Beirut Walking tour of Beirut, one of the Mediterranean’s great cities. Visit the Jeitta caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Day 5 Byblos Explore the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world. Visit the Crusader fortifications and Cathedral of Harissa. Day 6 Tannourine Walk in the Tannourine Nature Reserve, travel to Qozhaya Monastery for the night. Day 7 Qadisha Valley Head from Qozhaya to Qadisha. Take a tour of the monastery, walk through Qadisha Valley. Return to Beirut for our final evening. Day 8 Fly to UK.
