ITINERARY
Day 1 Fly to Cairo. Day 2 Cairo Discover the Sphinx, the Great Pyramids at Giza and the Egyptian Museum. Take the overnight train to Aswan. Day 3 Aswan Wake up in Aswan, the gateway to Africa. Explore the bustling town and try bartering in the souks or visit the local temples and museums. Days 4/6 Felucca sailing trip There is the opportunity to discover the amazing reclaimed temple of Abu Simbel before boarding the feluccas. Observe life along the Nile with the friendly Nubian crew aboard the traditional sailboat. There is the option to camel trek to a desert monastery. Pause for refreshing swim stops and visit the monumental temple of Kom Ombo. Day 7 Edfu to Luxor Drive to Luxor stopping at the magnificent temple at Edfu. Travel by traditional
horse-drawn caleche to the vast temple complex at Karnak. Day 8 Luxor There is the opportunity to take an early morning balloon flight. Visit Hatshepsut Temple and the Valley of the Kings. Shop for souvenirs at the colourful bazaar or take a sunset donkey ride through local farmland. Day 9 Fly to the UK.

Day 1 Fly to Amman. Day 2 Jerash Visit the ruins of Jerash and drive to the Dead Sea for a dip in the warm waters. Days 3/4 Petra Drive along the desert highway stopping to visit the Crusader Castle at Kerak. Explore the “Lost City” of Petra and enjoy a guided tour of the historical sites. Day 5 Wadi Rum Explore this awe-inspiring desert landscape, enjoy an optional camel trek and sleep under the stars. Day 6 Aqaba Drive to Aqaba. There is an optional snorkelling trip in the Red Sea. Day 7 Dahab Board a ferry to Nuweiba and drive to Dahab. Days 8/9 Red Sea Relax in Dahab and snorkel in the warm waters of the Red Sea to explore colourful coral reefs. Day 10 Mount Sinai Visit the isolated St Catherine’s Monastery. There is the option to hike to the summit of Mount Sinai. Day 11 Cairo Drive to the capital. Day 12 Cairo Visit the Pyramids, the Sphinx and the fascinating Egyptian Museum. Day 14 Fly to the UK.
