Advertiser Liaison - Chez Nous £6.26 ph, rising to £6.59 ph on completion of 6 month probation


The purpose of the role is to be the primary point of contact for Chez Nous advertisers, satisfying their queries or complaints, whilst maintaining agreed service standards. The key responsibilities of this role are to amend on-line adverts within the edit field of the Chez Nous website, along with maintaining and updating the Special Offers page on a daily basis. The successful candidate will offer advice to potential new advertisers regarding all Chez Nous services and handle general complaints.


Advertiser Services Assistant £5.97 ph, rising to £6.27 ph on completion of 6 month probation


The key responsibilities of the role are to recruit the target number of advertisers into the Availability Plus service, to administer the distribution of all communication (promotional literature, e-mails, documents, contracts etc) relating to the Availability Plus service to prospective advertisers and existing Chez Nous advertisers, inclutiing outbound calling, e-mails and direct mail. To assist and provide cover during busy periods, which may include some evening hours, in handling all types of advertiser queries by phone, e-mail, fax or letter, dependant on the time of year and to carry out basic amendments to the Chez Nous website.


For both roles the successful candidates will have previous sales experience, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. They should be educated to GCSE standard, with a grade C or above in English Language and have excellent keyboard skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel etc. They will need to have a calm, confident and mature approach, with the ability to work under pressure and use their own initiative.
