We require people who are flexible as some evenings and weekend work may be required and part-time / job share will be considered. The rate of pay for permanent or temporary with a view to becoming permanent roles are £5.97 per hour, rising to £6.27 per hour after 6 months. Due to the level of responsibility being lower for the temporary positions, the rate of pay is adjusted to £5.30 per hour, rising to £5.50 per hour after 6 weeks.

The purpose of the role Is to take ownership of the VRG UK image end-to-end process, to Improve the accuracy and production procedures for the property photography within the brochures and the internet, whilst supervising and managing the workload of the Image Team to ensure efficiency, quality and service levels are maintained and agreed deadlines are met.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of nine, plus seasonal staff, so previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience is essential, along with a good knowledge of Photoshop for both print and web and previous experience in photography and scanning techniques.
The idea! candidate should have excellent communication skills and strong administrative skills, be confident in liaising directly with owners, whilst being thorough and accurate. You will need to have good attention to detail, an eye for colour and what makes a good shot, both aesthetically and quality. You must have the ability to work under pressure to meet brochure deadlines.
