Ribble Valley Borough Council, has received the top award, having first won it in 2002. Inspectors particularly praised the pool
for the cleanliness of its facilities, customer care, team working, staff development, health and safety and its wide variety of activities. Ribblesdale Pool manager Colin Winter-
bottom praised his 15 staff for their hard work in keeping the pool up to scratch. “It is pleasing to have official confirma
tion that the facility delivers a comparative ly high level of service and must reassure our many pool users,” he said. “Customer feedback has also been
