4.2 S a v e a s p rovided for u n d e r C la u s e 4.1 above, payment shall b e mad e for e a ch advertisement within se ven days of th e d a te o f th e in v o ic e , e x c e p t th a t p a ym e n t o f advertisements charged to a n approved c red it ac count sha ll be m a d e no later than thirty d a y s af ter invoice. Sho uld the Advertiser be in breach of th e se terms, or of a n y contract with th e C o m p a n y , th e n th e fu l l am o u n t in r e s p e c t o f a l l advertising p ub lishe d and a l l o th e r amounts ac cruin g from the Ad v e rtise r sh a ll b e com e d ue a nd payable.


4.3 T h e C om p a n y re s e r v e s th e rig h t to w ith d raw c re d it fa c ilit ie s from a n y A d v e r t ise r at th e C om p a n y 's d isc re tio n sub je ct to g iv in g the A d v e r t ise r s e v e n d a y s written notice thereof, if p ra c t ic a b le , o r fo rthw ith up o n th e is s u e of a n y Court p ro ceed ing against th e Advertiser.


4.4 A ll p a yme nts must be a c com p a n ie d b y the remittance advice issu ed b y the Compan y.


4.5 A n y q u e ry in respec t o f an invoice must be brought to the attention o f the C om p a n y within se ve n d a y s of its issue. .


5 L a te P a ym e n ts


5.1 T h e C om p an y sh a ll b e entitled to charge interest on all sums d u e at a rate o f 2% a b o v e th e b ase rate for the time being o f L lo y d s Bank Limited until p ayment is received, after a s well a s b efo re any judgment is obtained.


5.2 H ie C om p a n y sh a ll be entitled to add to any sum s due any re a so n a ble costs and e x p e n se s (including administrative costs) incurred b y the C om p an y in obtaining payment thereof on an indemn ity b asis.


5.3 T h e C om p a n y sh a ll b e entitled to charg e the Advertise r £15.00 in re sp e c t of a n y c h e q u e tendered which is not met u p o n p re s e n ta t io n (a n d to v a ry th is c h a rg e a t a n y t im e without notice).
