These studies showcase the efficacy of the Hexapeptide-9 peptide in decreasing water loss, especially in stressed skin conditions, along with reducing the levels of skin inflammation biomarkers linked to sensitive skin.
Clinical studies on anti-ageing For anti-ageing evaluation, two groups of multi-ethnic male and female volunteers, aged 30 to 40 and 41 to 55, applied a 1% Hexapeptide-9 peptide cream versus a placebo daily for 28 days. Assessments using Corneometer® and Frictiometer® reveal enhanced skin hydration and torsion, while a reduction in wrinkles, fine lines, crow’s feet volume, and skin roughness was observed (Figure 5). as both a preventive and corrective solution, exhibiting pre-ageing benefits by proactively slowing down the ageing process in the skin. Simultaneously, it effectively combats visible signs of ageing, diminishing wrinkles, skin torsion, and roughness, while increasing hydration.
AI proven rejuvenating effect The study involved 24 male and female multi- ethnic volunteers, aged between 30 to 55 years old, all with sensitive skin. Participants applied a 1% The Hexapeptide-9 peptide cream on one side of their face, with the other side treated with a placebo, following a daily regimen for 28 days. Skin age evaluation was performed using the
TruSkin Age™ tool, with the VISIA-CA imaging system. The AI-driven tool analyzed images captured on Day 0 and Day 28, focusing on eight key skin parameters, including spots, wrinkles, texture, pores, UV spots, brown spots, red areas, and porphyrins. Images were taken under various conditions, such as normal, cross- polarized, parallel-polarized, and UV lamp. These evaluations resulted in the creation of
a facial avatar, merging VISIA-CA images from all clinical volunteers. The unique avatar served as an illustrative representation of the results, with specific emphasis on the calculated outcomes for one young volunteer, as determined by the VISIA algorithm (Figure 6). The groundbreaking use of AI, coupled with
a patented algorithm, illustrates the significant efficacy of the Hexapeptide-9 peptide. With just one daily application for 28 days, the skin appears not only two years younger but, in
