Procedure: Mix all the ingredients of Phase A in main vessel with moderate propeller agitation at room temperature. Heat to 75-80°C. In a separate vessel, mix the ingredients of Phase B. Heat to 75-80°C. Mix with propeller agitation until uniform. Add Phase B to Phase A with homomixing at 75-80°C. When the mixture becomes uniform, cool with moderate propeller agitation. Add Phase C to Phase AB at 50-55°C with moderate propeller agitation. Add Phase D to the mixture at 50-55°C with moderate propeller agitation. Cool to 45-50°C with moderate-slow propeller agitation. Properties pH: 5.0-6.0 Viscosity: 101 - 170 kcP (Brookfield RVDV-E, RT, T-C, 2.0 rpm)

Procedure: In the main beaker disperse the xanthan gum in the Zemea. Then add water and begin heating to 70°C. In a separate beaker add phase B and begin heating to 70°C. Once phase B is clear, add phase B-B and mix until homogenous. Once all of phase B is homogenous and at temperature, add phase B to phase A. Remove from heat and begin cooling to below 40°C. 6In a side beaker, add in phase C and begin mixing to 45°C, once it is clear and homogenous, add to main beaker. 7 Once below 40°C, add in phase D and mix until homogenous. pH between 6.5-7.5 with citric acid or sodium hydroxide. QS with water homogenize.
