Procedure: Mix components of A at 70°C. Mix components of B to 75°C. Add B to A and homogenize intensively. Cool down while stirring. Add components of C and D below 40°C. Adjust pH to 6.5. Homogenize again shortly.

Procedure: Weigh each phase separately. Heat phase A to 90°C and mix gently until the phase is homogeneous. Then add phase B under slow agitation. Once the pigments are incorporated mix well using a rotor stator system to shear the mixture. Add phase C and mix well. Cool in a specific mould at 80°C. Properties Appearance: Green stick.

Procedure: Premix Glycerin and Xanthan Gum and combine phase A with propeller mixing. Mix until homogeneous and adjust pH to 5.5-5.8 with Citric Acid (20% aq) or Potassium Hydroxide (50% aq) as needed. Premix Phase B in listed order, adjusting pH to 5.6-6.0 with Potassium Hydroxide (50% aq). When Phase B is homogenous and at pH 5.6-6.0, add to Phase A. Premix Phase C. When homogeneous add to Phase AB. Mix well. Properties: pH: 5.0-5.5 Appearance: Clear liquid

Procedure: Phase A: Add ingredients one at a time and mix with an overhead mixer.. Heat phase to 60-65°C. Phase B: Add Phase B ingredients one by one to Phase A. mixing thoroughly after each addition. Once completely incorporated reduce heat and continue mixing. Phase C: Once the mixture has cooled to 40C add the remaining ingredients one at a time mixing well after each addition. Pour mixture into moulds and cool solid.
