Procedure Weight in all ingredients for the phase A (Oil) and heat up to approx. 80˚C. Add phase B (Aqueous) within approx. 20 minutes while stirring. Hold the temperature at least at 70˚C. After the addition of phase B cool the mixture down to 50˚C- 60˚C. Homogenise with a rotor/stator system at approx. 10,000 rpm for two minutes and for a further minute after cooling down to approx. 35˚C. Add the perfume. Procedure
Make the carrageenan gel by mixing it with water at 80˚C. Mix it vigorously until total dilution of the powder. Pour water at 35˚C in the mixer, add the carrageenan gel in the mixer, mix it. Add Sepigel and wait 15 minutes. Add glycerine, preservative, colours, then mix them together. Add the other ingredients. Remark: Colorant is not necessary as the red colour of the Microzest Grape is strong enough and steady. Fragrance is used just if necessary. Supplier 1 Lessonia

Procedure
Phase A: In a suitable vessel, melt all fatty acids at 70˚C-75˚C, then add polymer. Mix until uniform.
Phase B: In a separate vessel, dissolve potassium hydroxide in other ingredients carefully and heat to 70˚C-75˚C if necessary. Add phase A into phase B with stirring, mix well for 20-30 minutes. Remove the heat, add phase C ingredients, mix until uniform. Cool batch to lower than 50˚C, add phase D ingredients, mix until uniform. * This formulation was developed using regionally supplied surfactants.
