There is no objection to the 75m Rochdale Envelope (principles of which are set out NPS EN-1 and EN-3) for the cable route corridor and its construction as a suitable basis for assessment and consent, and specifically there is no objection to the 20m deviation on the maximum 55m working width.
2.12
The parties agree the 35m working width as a maximum working width through all hedgerows with the exception of those identified in Appendix 2 ‘Schedule of Hedgerows’ of the Landscape and Ecological Management Strategy where additional mitigation is proposed
