A total of 112 water bodies were identified from maps, aerial photography and during walkover surveys in April 2012. These are presented in Figure 24.6.2. These water bodies break down into the following categories shown in Table 2. A list of which category each of the 112 water bodies falls into is presented in Appendix B.

Habitat Suitability Index Scores and Subjective Assessment Conclusions
A total of 65 potentially suitable water bodies were subject to a Habitat Suitability Assessment. Raw data for these assessments are provided in Appendix B. These water bodies were split into suitable and unsuitable following these assessments, see Table 3. Unsuitable water bodies were not surveyed further. reasoning behind unsuitable classifications are provided in Appendix B.
