The full title at the photo I have shown to you says: Human after all.
It was a relief, it is nice and beautiful and poetical, and I felt myself very
comfortable. It fits into the contemporary concept of presenting attitudes, and it
originates from the street.
Hmm, not really, but it is exposed on the street, it presents an example of art for all
and it promotes right values.
And where does it come from?
It is a Diesel Jeans advertisement.
Here it is when I understood that we are maybe going back to where art once was.
Maybe art is destined to be financed and commissioned in the start by someone who
has money.
The industry.
Love it or not, industry is the mecena of contemporaneity in many senses, but in art
production as well.
We witness many art commissioned today, by foundations, organisations and
institutions of all kinds, and those commissions happen because artist him/herself is
globally dropped big name. Sometimes it is commissioned to be placed in public
space, but more often it enters certain collections immediately, public ones
