Work through the Vocabulary Bank and Skills Bank as a revision of previous study.
You could ask students to research some of the other systems of the body mentioned in Unit 3, for example, the gastrointestinal or urinary systems. Note that a lot of the details will be in very complex English, but students should be able to record the basic details of the systems and report back in the next lesson. You could ask students to prepare short presentations to give to each other in pairs, allowing them to further practise the language from Skills Bank 3.1 and 3.2.

Students could also play an alphabet game by themselves or as a group/class. T e aim is to think of a word related to medical studies for each letter of the alphabet. For example:
Each student adds something starting with the next letter of the alphabet. T ey should try to use words from the unit if possible. A student misses a turn if he/she can’t remember the items or can’t add another letter.
