Procedure: Melt all constituents of Phase A together at 75°C. Add 1% of Phase B. Heat water of Phase C at 75°C and slowly add it to Phase AB under medium/high shear until obtaining a homogenous emulsion. Cool down to 60°C and add the rest of Phase B. Homogenize quickly. Cool down by adding Tris aminotm ultra PC solution. When the temperature is below 30°C, add Phase D ingredients in order Adjust the pH to 7 with Phase E. Properties pH: 7.09 Viscosity: (spindle 7; 10 rpm; 1 min) = 144,000 cPs (36.0 %) Stability: Stable at least 2 months at RT, 4°C and 40°C (still ongoing).
