Procedure: Heat phase A at 80°C and mix gently at 300 rpm using a paddle stirrer. Neutralize with TRIS AMINO™ ULTRA PC. Heat phase C at 80°C. Emulsify C into AB at 80°C while mixing at 800 rpm. Add phase D and homogenize at 1500 rpm for 1 minute using Speedmixer device. Allow the mixture to cool down while mixing at 200 rpm with a paddle stirrer. Add phase E at 30°C and mix at 300 rpm. We recommend making a solution of TRIS AMINO™ at 20% in water to adjust the pH. Properties: Appearance: Beige cream pH: 6.3-6.5 Stability: 2 months at room temperature and 45°C Viscosity: 30,000 cP (Brookfield RVDV-IIT, spindle 6, 6rpm, 1min, 20°C)
