Procedure: Heat Phase A at 80°C under emulsifier 2,500rpm and maintain agitation for 15 minutes. Add Phase B mixture under emulsifier 2,500 rpm for 10 minutes. Add Phase C under emulsifier 2,500 rpm for 5 minutes. Add Phase D under emulsifier 2,500 rpm for 5 minutes. Add Phase E under emulsifier 2,500 rpm for 5 minutes. Heat Phase F at 80°C. Before emulsifying, add Phase G ingredients. Emulsify FG in ABCDE under emulsifier 2,500 rpm for 15 minutes. Cool down to 35°C under gentle agitation. Add Phase H materials under gentle agitation for 15 minutes. Properties pH = 5.8 Microscopic aspect : Fine, tight emulsion, speckled with a few small globules Stable for one month at RT, 45°C, 55°C, cycles and 4°C.

Procedure: Mix ingredients from the phase A until uniform. Sprinkle slowly each ingredient from phase B into a vortex and mix until uniform at 60°C. Cool down to RT and add ingredients from the phase C.
