Robert Wilkie, Compliance and Standards Manager Primarily enhancing and developing the technical expertise within the Registers team, Rob brings a wealth of experience and know- how to the role.

As the recently appointed Compliance and Standards Manager, Rob will ensure that training

providers produce courses which meet industry standards and that fitness professionals are qualified to do what they say they can do. With 22 years experience in the industry, Rob understands what makes an excellent fitness professional and will undoubtedly continue to raise the standards of service provision within the industry.

Stuart Turner, Head of Standards and Qualifications Joining the team earlier this month, Stuart is leading on the delivery of SkillsActive’s Standards and Qualifications Action Plan: Standards – the development of new and review of existing National Occupational Standards. Qualifications – the maintenance of existing common units, development of new and approval

of those qualifications submitted by Awarding Organisations. Awarding Organisations – the development and maintenance of partnerships with both partner and contributor Awarding Organisations. Apprenticeships – the maintenance, development and implementation of Apprenticeship Frameworks and management of the certification process. Issuing Authority – issuing of new Apprenticeship Frameworks.

Matthew Reynolds, Business Support Manager Matthew joins the team to initiate growth across the Registers. His primary focus is setting standards across the registers team, this starts with customer service and up-skilling within all aspects in the sector.

Matthew is concentrating his energy into the

leading the Member Services Team, ensuring all REPs members’ needs and enquiries are met and are guaranteed an effective service throughout REPs.

Tad Chapman, Endorsement Sales Manager This is a new exciting role within the Endorsement department. This is an integral role, working in the development, promotion and sales of our endorsement products and services across the 7 sectors within the SkillsActive footprint.
