More than two-thirds of all relevant respondents (69%) agree that they would recommend the Register to a colleague or contact within the industry. This increases to nearly all of those having had dealings with the Register in the last 12 months (96%). In terms of recommendation, those organisations operating mainly in the fitness sub-sector and larger organisations are most likely to be positive.
