Welcome
Earlier this year 1,930 members took part in our annual customer satisfaction survey.
The results showed 95 per cent of REPs registrants thought having a registration body that provides recognition of professional status is important.
In addition 82 per cent feel well-supported by the Register and customer satisfaction amongst members contacting the REPs team has grown by nearly 30 per cent in the last three years.
This is something we have worked particularly hard at and are especially pleased to see reflected in the results.

I’m also delighted to announce the go-live of the new REPs activepassort™. This unique, online tool will let you build and share a verified record of your skills, qualifications and employment history all in one place.
In this digital age where people email Linked-in profiles to potential employers and detail their lives through social media we hope providing a secure online platform to members will be of enormous value and prove a great way to showcase your career.
Finally I can’t write this editorial without mentioning the Olympics, which I was lucky enough to attend. It made me think about the extraordinary achievements that coaches and trainers can bring about in others and the huge impact that REPs members have on the everyday lives of individuals. That is the recognition that we at REPs are seeking to achieve.
