Procedure: Phase A: Lycium Barbarum Extract (&) Isomalt (&) Lecithin (&) Aqua/Water. Phase B: Heat Butylene Glycol to 60°C and completely dissolve Hydroxyacetophenone in it. Next, disperse Xanthan Gum, Hydroxyethylcellulose, and Sodium Hyaluronate into the solution, ensuring an even mixture. Combine Phase A and B: Add Part B to Part A while maintaining moderate agitation and keep the mixture at 60°C. Mix for 20 to 30 minutes at a speed of 600 rpm until uniform. Then, add Part C to the mixture with moderate agitation and allow the batch to cool down to 40°C. Phase D: Combine Glycerin and 1,2-Hexanediol until the solution is clear, and then add this mixture to the batch. Dissolve PhytocellTec™ Exosomes in D.I. water and incorporate it into the batch, mixing until uniform.
