Nominations open for 9 Faces of APAC Beauty 2025
The organiser of the in-cosmetics Asia trade show in Bangkok, Thailand has launched the ‘9 Faces of the APAC Beauty Industry 2025’, supported by Personal Care Global. The initiative celebrates both the visionaries and the unsung heroes who drive excellence and innovation in the Asia-Pacific personal care sector.
This talent-focused award highlights individuals making outstanding contributions to advanced beauty science, R&D, and sustainability. The initiative aims to spotlight professionals
who have: ■ Achieved significant milestones in the industry ■ Developed groundbreaking products or services that address consumer needs ■ Made notable contributions to industry education ■ Demonstrated an unwavering commitment to innovation ■ Championed sustainability in product development Nominations are open until 1 October, and
anyone can nominate themselves or their industry peers; the only requirement is that nominees must be based in the Asia-Pacific region.
Personal Care to chair in-cosmetics Global
panel discussion Personal Care Global will chair a panel discussion at this month’s in-cosmetics Global trade show in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Editor Tim Probert will moderate ‘Data-
Driven Innovation: The Missing Link in the Beauty Supply Chain and How to Meet the Modern Beauty Consumer Where It Matters’ at 11:00 on 8 April at the Marketing Trends Theatre (Hall 4). The panellists are Winnie Awa, founder of
Carra Labs; Lorna Radford, managing director of Enkos Developments; Karin de Koning, Benelux country manager at Beiersdorf; and Timo von Bargen – co-CEO of Covalo. “Data is transforming the beauty industry,
from AI-driven personalization to smarter ingredient sourcing and supply chain transparency,” said a spokeswoman for in- cosmetics Global organiser RX Global. “This expert panel explores how brands can
harness real-time insights, machine learning, and digital platforms to drive innovation, optimize formulation, and enhance sustainability,” she added.
“With evolving regulations and rising
consumer expectations, a data-driven approach is no longer optional - it’s essential for staying ahead in the beauty market.”
