Procedure: In the main vessel, insert ingredients A1-2. Add A3 under vigorous stirring,


adjust pH to 5.5, then add A4 under vigorous stirring. Keep stirring for ˜20' to ensure the complete hydration of the polymer. For a faster hydration, heat to 45-50°C. After


hydration is complete, heat up to ˜60°C. In a secondary vessel, mix ingredients of phase B and heat up to ˜60°C, until completely melted and homogeneous. Add phase B to phase A and homogenise until a smooth and uniform emulsion is obtained. Let


it cool down to room temperature under gentle stirring. Add ingredients of phase C, homogenise again if needed. Adjust pH to 5.5 with citric acid. Properties: Appearance: glossy thick emulsion
