Procedure: Weigh in all ingredients in phase A in a beaker. Heat to 80°C with stirring. Make sure that the sunflower wax melts completely. Add phase B and continue to stir to avoid lumps. Reduce the rate of stirring slightly to avoid foaming and add phase C. Make sure that the surfactants disperse fully and do not form lumps. Maintain the temperature. Procedure: Combine ingredients of phase A and B, separately, and heat up to 75°C. Add phase B to A and homogenize at medium-high speed. During the homogenization, add phase C. Keep under stirring and below 45°C add the premixed phase D. Add phase E, one ingredient at a time and verify the pH, adjusting to 5.2-5.8 with phase F.
