Procedure: At RT, in the main beaker, mix Phase A. Add phase B and mix until dissolved. At RT, add Phase C ingredients one at a time and mix well between each addition until completely dissolved. Once salt is added, let mix for 15 minutes to thicken the formula. At RT, add Phase D and mix for 15 minutes until phyteq™ raspberry dissolves. At RT, add Phase E and mix until colour is uniform. Adjust pH to

Procedure: Dissolve Optiphen in the water of phase A, Combine Carbomer with Hibi Hair and Eclipta Roots and sieve into the water under propeller mixing until uniform. Add the ethanol and propylene glycol and continue mixing. Combine the ingredients of phase B with mixing until uniform. Add B to A with rapid mixing until uniform. Procedure: Weigh in all ingredients in phase A in a beaker. Heat to 80°C with stirring. Make sure that the sunflower wax melts completely. Add phase B and continue to stir to avoid lumps. Reduce the rate of stirring slightly to avoid foaming and add phase C. Make sure that the surfactants disperse fully and do not form lumps. Maintain the temperature. Quickly fill moulds with the formulation. Allow the formulation to set at room temperature. Properties: pH: 0.0 - 0.0

Procedure: Combine ingredients of phase A and B, separately, and heat up to 75°C. Add phase B to A and homogenize at medium-high speed. During the homogenization, add phase C. Keep under stirring and below 45°C add the premixed phase D. Add phase E, one ingredient at a time and verify the pH, adjusting to 5.2-5.8 with phase F.
