Procedure: Charge phase A water into main kettle. Begin rapid propellor agitation and slowly sift in Sepimax Zen, mix until fully hydrated. Once Sepimax is gelled and uniform, add phase A glycerin. Slow sweep mix until uniform. Add phase B ingredients individually, ensuring each is fully dissolved and uniform before the next addition. Slowly sift in phase C mica and mix until uniform. Pre-blend phase D, water and sodium benzoate, mix until uniform and clear. Add to main kettle. Mix until batch is uniform.

Procedure: Prepare phase A by slowly adding ingredient #2 to ingredient #1. When mixture is homogeneous, add the other ingredients of phase A in order listed. Mix well between each addition. Melt DOWSIL™ 2503 Cosmetic Wax before adding it. Heat phase A to 40°C. Mix phase B ingredients together until homogeneous. Heat to 40°C. Slowly add phase B to phase A increasing mixing speed upon addition. Add phase C ingredient to phase AB. Mix for an additional 5 minutes under high shear.

Procedure: Prepare Phase A with moderate agitation, slowly add the Jaguar® powder to the water. Once well dispersed, hydrate Jaguar by adjusting the pH to 3.5 - 5 with lactic acid. Add Pyridoxine HCL. Continue to mix an additional 15 to 20 minutes with moderate agitation to ensure proper hydration. Premix ingredients of Phase B and add into Phase A under vigorous stirring. Continue to mix an additional 15 to 20 minutes with moderate agitation to ensure proper hydration. Add amphoteric or non-ionic surfactants while mixing. Add ingredients of Phase D into the formulation under stirring. Premix ingredients of Phase E in a separate vessel and add under vigorous stirring. Add ingredient of Phase F into the formulation under stirring. Viscosity will increase. Properties: pH: 5,6 +/- 0.2; Viscosity (spindle RV-4 / 10 rpm): 3000 mPa.s
