2. Turn the boat so that the mast points into wind (the opposite to a dinghy) – the windage of the trampoline and rig will help you right the boat. If necessary, gently depress the bow to swing the hulls around in the breeze. Lean back on the righting line (or sheet) to lift the mast tip clear of the water. When the mast lifts clear, the wind will get under the sail, lifting it. The boat will start to right more quickly.
3. Stay under the boat by the front beam as the top hull drops back into the water. Be careful it does not hit you. Grab the front beam as it comes down. This will prevent the boat sailing off or capsizing again.
