All the normal equipment you would find in a dinghy will be present, except for a centreboard or daggerboard. Instead, a weighted keel gives the boat its stability. In some keelboats, the keel can be raised to make it easier to store or transport the boat ashore.
As well as the normal controls there may also be some other gear, such as winches, that make it easier to set the sails on the larger boat.
除了这些常规的操控装备外,还有⼀些其他配置,例如绞盘,⽤在较⼤的船只上,以便更轻 松地操作和调帆。
Multihulls 多体船
Multihulls have two hulls, which are connected by crossbeams. A fabric trampoline is laced to the two crossbeams and hulls, providing a large area for the crew. Many multihulls use a loose-footed mainsail, which means they don’t have a boom. The mainsheet is attached directly to the clew of the sail and the mast partially rotates, which makes the mainsail more efficient.
