Procedure: In an appropriate clean beaker, weigh the ingredients, from 1 to 7, of Phase A and mix under Ultra-turrax until uniform, then add the rest of the ingredients of Phase A while mixing under Ultra-turrax until homogeneous. In a separate vessel, weigh ingredients, from 13 to 16, of Phase B and mix until uniform, then add ingredient 17 while mixing until homogeneous and add the rest of the ingredients of Phase B. Add very slowly Phase B into the batch under stirrer while homogenising with Ultra-turrax at 10,000 rpm until the emulsion is done. Add Phase C to batch and mix until uniform. Properties Appearance: Cream Viscosity (mPa·s)**: 9,000–13,000 Stability: 1 month at 50°C, 2 month at 40°C, 25°C, 4°C, 5 F/T cycles
