Smouldering volcanoes, forest canopy trails and local interaction are all part of this family holiday to Guatemala. We visit the bustling market of Chichicastenango, search for the elusive quetzal (Guatemala’s national bird) in the Biotopo Quetzal Reserve and zip-wire through the jungle. Along the way we cruise on Lake Atitlan, visit the Turtle Conservation Centre at Monterrico Beach and experience the ancient Mayan site of Tikal.
