Stimulate them to be creative and not to just copy statements from the article: they could make true statements from the article false, or false ones true.

Students discuss the shape of the beehive in groups, or you can discuss with the whole class.
Model answer The beehive illustrates that all these motivational factors are inter-related and connected, like the cells in a beehive: none of them stands alone and for every person there will typically be many motivational factors that play a role. The beehive also suggests that paying attention to and ‘taking care’ of people’s motivation is a busy and active job.

Focus on the Grammar box at a suitable point after Exercise C. If students can find the main noun, it will help them to understand the basic SVO sentence. This in turn aids their reading ability. Go through the information.
