Procedure: Prepare Phase A by heating all ingredients except Cetiol Ultimate to 85°C and stirring them until complete solution of the UV-filters. Prepare Phase B by heating all ingredients to 85°C and stirring them until homogeneity. Add Cetiol Ultimate to Phase A and add Phase A at 85°C under stirring to Phase B. Homogenize for two minutes at 25000 rpm. Cool down Phase AB slowly under stirring to 45°C. Prepare Phase C by stirring the ingredients at a pH above 7,0 until complete solution of the UV filter. Add Phase C at 45°C to Phase A/B and homogenize for a short time. Keep pH between 6.75 and 7.25. Add Phase D and stir until the mixture has reached room temperature. Properties: Appearance: Slightly yellowish, low viscous emulsion; pH (20°C): 7.0; Viscosity (Brookfield, Spindle 5, 10 rpm): 18000 mPas
