Procedure: Step 1. Phase A: Add the ALKAMULS® GS 100, the Cetyl Alcohol and the Stearyl Alcohol together. Heat the mixture at 75°C and mix for 10 minutes. Step 2. Phase B: Separately, disperse Naternal™ Care Xtra in the water at 75°C in a water bath, add 50% citric acid solution to hydrate the galactomannan. Add the Fentacare® 2231MS I 90 and mix for 10min. Step 3. Remove the Phase B from the water bath and add the Phase A in the Phase B while it is still hot at high speed stirring. Step 4. Let cool the mixture under stirring at medium speed for 60min. Step 5. Add the preservative. Step 6. Adjust the pH to 4 with citric acid and complete water missing due to evaporation.

Procedure: In the main beaker, weight phase A ingredients and heat to 85°C until all melted, homogeneous and clear. Procedure: 1. Charge phase A DI water into main kettle, begin propellor agitation, slowly sift in Prebiulin C90, begin heating to 80-85°C. Add remaining phase A ingredients. 2. Into a side kettle, charge phase B begin heating to 80-85°C. 3. Once both phases are at 80-85°C, charge phase B into phase A. Begin homogenizing for 5 minutes. Slowly sift in powders, disperse until uniform. 4. Begin Slow sweep mixing and cool to 40-45°C. Add Phase D ingredients individually, ensuring each is uniform before the next addition. 5. With batch at 40°C or less, add Phase E and mix until homogenous. 6. Add phase F with sweep mixing, mix until uniform. 7. Submit to QC and add citric acid as directed to meet pH 5.5-6.5
