Enjoyable walks exploring Croatia’s beautiful mountains and coastline


On this walking trip through Croatia’s national parks, we explore the jagged mountain peaks of Dalmatia, the plunging gorges of Paklenica and admire the spectacular lakes and waterfalls of Plitvice. Along the way we also visit the pretty coastal cities of Split and Trogir, discovering a maze of cobbled streets, meandering alleyways and medieval architecture.

Day 1 Join tour Zagreb. Day 2 Zagreb Tour the city of Zagreb, which boasts more museums per square foot than any other city in the world. Day 3 Plitvice National Park Enjoy a walk taking in breathtaking views o f th e l akes a nd wa terfalls. Day 4 Premuziceva Trail Drive to Zavizan and walk the Premuziceva

Trail, a hikers’ highlight. Days 5/6 Paklenica National Park Explore Paklenica National Park. This region contains some of the most spectacular walking opportunities in Croatia, with majestic landscapes, deep gorges and jagged mountains. Walk along coastal paths, through small villages and hike the dramatic Paklenica Gorge.

Day 7 Trogir and Split Transfer to Trogir, one of the oldest cities in Croatia and a World Heritage Site for a walking tour of the centre. Travel on to Split and tour the city. Day 8 Tour ends Split.
