Phase A: Disperse Eusolex® T-S in the given emollients and emulsifiers by
using a dissolver stirrer. When the pigment is well dispersed (check via microscope) , add magnesiumstearate and wax and heat to 80°C. Combine ingredients of phase B in a separate vessel and heat to 75°C. Add phase B to A slowly while stirring and homogenize. Cool down to 40°C while slowly stirring and add phase C. Homogenize again with a closed-anchor agitator for 1 minute at 1200 rpm. Cool down to room temperature. Properties Appearence: white cream (W/O) Viscosity: 50,000 mPas (Brookfield DV II+, Helipath spindle C, 10 rpm) at 23°C Stability: 3 months at RT, 5°C, FTC (-5°C- +40°C), 40°C and 1 week at 50°C Suppliers 1 Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany / EMD Performance Materials. 2 Croda. 3 Evonik Nutrition & Care GmbH. 4 BASF AG. 5 Dr. Straetmans. 6 Sasol Germany GmbH. 7 Biesterfeld 8 Ross Waxes
