Procedure


Heat up phase B at 80°C. Add phase A (not heated) to B under stirring, maintaining the temperature. Homogenize for 5 minutes at 3200-3500 rpm. Cool down and below 45°C add phase C and then phase D, one ingredient at a time. Homogenize for 1-2 minutes.
