Procedure: Combine ingredients of phase A and heat to 75°C. Combine ingredients of phase B and heat to 75°C. Add phase B to phase A under high shear and stir until homogenous. While still hot add the premixed phase C and homogenize. Add ingredients of phase D and stir until homogenous. Add perfume and homogenize shortly. Procedure: Appearance: purple cream pH value: 5.0 – 5.5 Viscosity: 30’000 – 60’000 mPas (Sp. 4, Brookefield LV)

Progressively add phase A to phase BC and homogenize. Premix phase D and add to phase ABC under agitation. Combined ingredients of phase E. Below 45°C add phase E to phase ABCD and homogenize. Procedure: Part A: weigh one by one the raw material and mix them with normal helix stirring. Weigh and mix Part B. Combine Part B to Part A with helix stirring. Allow swelling for 60 minutes. Weigh and mix Part C. Add Part C to Part A+B. Weigh and add Part D to the previous part. Weigh and add Part E to the previous part and mix with helix stirring. Add Part F and stir well. Weigh and mix Part G. Add slowly Part G into the emulsion, mix well.
