Designed to develop the leadership talent of civil servants (Grade 6 and 7 or equivalent) who have the drive and potential to enter the Senior Civil Service (SCS) and are either: women civil servants; BME civil servants or civil servants with a disability. Essential leadership development and support to help prepare for a role in the Senior Civil Service
For those just below Senior Civil Service (SCS) level (Grades 6 and 7 or equivalent) with the potential and drive to progress to SCS director level and beyond. This one-year programme provides a grounding in the SCS and its expectations and covers a range of leadership skills and issues. Themes explored include personal impact and effectiveness, delivery, strategic thinking, leading change and networks.
This programme is made up of four modules and a pre-programme seminar.
