PRINCE2® 2009 for Practitioners
Accredited PRINCE2® training programme leading to the practitioner qualification.
For staff wishing to be registered PRINCE2® practitioners. This intensive programme is primarily concerned with applying PRINCE2® to projects and leads to the two APM Group (APMG) exams. Success in the first leads to the Foundation Certificate, with success in the second leading to a further certificate and registration as a PRINCE2® practitioner. This isan intensive course. You’ll be required to undertake approximately 20 hours’ pre-programme study and at least two hours’ evening work each night of the programme. You must be able to show that you have at least two years’ experience of delivering projects before applying for the programme.

PRINCE2® 2009 Foundation
For anyone involved in project management who wants the opportunity to prepare for and complete the internationally recognised PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate. The programme is particularly suitable for those who don’t want or need to take the PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification. However, this programme can be undertaken in conjunction with the PRINCE2® Practitioner programme by anyone who doesn’t want to complete the intensive five-day residential PRINCE2® programme.

For those who have worked in project management roles for up to two years and wish to demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of what’s required to manage a successful project by obtaining the International Project Management Association qualification.
The Association for Project Management (APM)’s Association of Project Management Professional Certificate (APMP) Qualification Certificate is a knowledge based foundation level qualification allowing you to demonstrate excellent knowledge of all elements of project management and an understanding of how all the project processes interact.
