Those who need to know about the UK processes involved in EU legislation.
On completion you should understand the UK parliamentary scrutiny process, UK EU better regulation and impact assessments, implementation of EU legislation into UK law, EU infraction procedures, how Comitology committees work and how best to operate in them.

The European Reciprocal Training Programme
For UK officials who want to understand how Europe works and how Britain can make the most impact in the EU. This programme offers you the chance to develop and strengthen contacts with our partners while gaining unique insights into the governing cultures and attitudes to the EU in other member states. The training programmes are run by well-known institutes, such as the French Ecole Nationale d’Administration, the German BAKOV, and the Finnish HAUS, and are attended by officials from other European countries.
