SCHOR 360º
SCHOR 360° is an instrument that helps leaders understand their personal impact by testing their own perceptions against others’ views. Having been used successfully across almost 200 public sector bodies our experience in SCS leadership development workshops is that it’s the single most important type of feedback received. By giving participants a deeper insight into the range of a leader’s behaviour they gain a clear understanding of their overall impact which becomes a powerful influencer and motivator for personal growth.
SCHOR 360° provides leaders with:
* an insight into how others perceive their leadership
* an inbuilt “survey” of which areas of their work are considered most crucial by their superiors and colleagues
* a rich harvest of written comments about their leadership impact.
Designed for members of the Senior Civil Service and those aspiring to senior leadership, SCHOR 360° also has wider application across the public service.
