EXECUTIVE COACHING

Executive Coaching

Our coaches come from a variety of public and private sector backgrounds and are both internal and external to the National School. All have an impressive track record in coaching and leadership. Coaching can be used in many situations, for example:

* Performance coaching – appropriate when an individual wants to improve their performance in a specific area(s) such as interpersonal skills, relationship building, communication; it may also be useful for specific situations such as the management of a large-scale change programme
* Coaching for development – this can help a leader develop new tools, skills or abilities quickly, when a training programme would be inappropriate or cannot be delivered in time
* First 100 days coaching – supports a leader who has just been promoted or has been newly recruited into a leadership position.
