Introduction to Systematic Auditing
For staff who need an understanding of the role and operation of an internal audit/review unit and the techniques of systems-based auditing. Examples are non-career auditors, members of management assurance teams, quality units, compliance teams, audit administration staff and consultants, and inspection and review staff who work in multidisciplinary units. This programme is also useful for newly appointed internal auditors who need to attend an introductory level programme as part of their induction programme. Business managers have attended the programme in response to the growing trend towards management’s self assessment of internal controls.
