How to book

Insert the programme code after our web address to go straight to that page on our site. Click on your preferred date and you will be taken through the on-screen booking form.

If your organisation requires a reference or purchase order number, you will need to have it to hand when making an online booking.

When you call, please have the following information to hand:
- the programme code and date
- applicant’s name, organisation and grade
- applicant’s full address, including postcode and contact number.

Places reserved by phone must be confirmed in ten working days by booking online or by sending us a completed booking form.

What happens once you have booked

We will write directly to you confirming that a place has been allocated. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If a programme is full, we will put you on the next available date and also on the waiting list for your original date.

We will send you an information pack about four weeks before the start of the programme. This will contain the outline programme, any pre-programme material and the contact details of the programme administrator who can handle any queries about the programme or your arrangements for attending it.

What the price includes

At Sunningdale Park the price includes all accommodation and food during the programme. If you wish to stay the night prior to your programme starting, there will be an additional charge. Please visit our website at nationalschool.gov.uk/contact_us/pda to book your preday arrival. The booking is handled by our partners here at Sunningdale Park, De Vere Venues. At the Scottish and London centres, the price includes morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch, but not overnight accommodation. We may sometimes need to change the venue from the one stated. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible.

The prices shown are correct at the time of going to press but we reserve the right to alter them.

We do not charge VAT.

Payment

An invoice will usually be sent within a month following the programme start date, unless otherwise requested. Payment is due within one month of the date of the invoice. We accept payment in Euros. The price in this case will be set at the rate of exchange at the time of the first day of the programme.

Changing or cancelling a booking

If you need to cancel a booking or transfer to a later date, please ask your payment authoriser to do this through our Customer Services Unit. Only cancellations and transfers notified by the payment authoriser will be accepted.

If you withdraw from a confirmed booking and your place is not taken by someone else from your organisation when you withdraw, you must pay a cancellation fee (please see below).
