For learning and development (L&D) managers, organisational development (OD) specialists and consultants who need to collaborate as strategic business partners to implement organisational change. This exciting programme covers the role of L&D as change agent and the impact of organisational structures, culture and resistance on implementing change initiatives. You will have an opportunity to practise using tools from the Sunningdale OD toolkit, and to discuss methods that can be used to embed a learning culture and knowledge management practices into your organisation.
This programme is a qualifying module for the new Postgraduate Qualification in Organisational L&D. It can also be attended as a stand alone module for those not working towards a qualification.

Based on real life scenarios, you will have the opportunity to act as consultants on co-participants work based projects. This programme will help you to work confidently with clients at all levels. Themes include types of consultancy; consultancy and project management models and tools; how to start the consultancy process; process mapping; developing solutions and key consultancy skills.
