Heavy-Duty Modular Sauté Stations have sealed front burners, rear refrigerated cold rail, and bottom refrigerated base. The front removable 2-piece sealed burners are 20,000 BTU each with 1⁄ 2" stainless steel rod grates. The cold rail has stainless steel removable covers, holds 1⁄ 4 pans, and is wrapped with refrigerated coils with thermostatic control. All refrigerated drawers accommodate 6" deep 12" x 20" hotel pans, with ultra high quality drawer slides that can withstand up to 275 lbs. Available in sizes from 36" to 72" wide.

With Heavy-Duty Modular Ranges, you can combine various range top configurations with various bases to make Freestanding Ranges. And you can combine various Freestanding Ranges to make Custom Lineups. Available range tops: sealed burners, hot tops, French tops, griddles, charbroilers, work tops, split tops, step-ups, and planchas. Available bases include: standard or convection oven, freezer or refrigerated, and cabinet bases. You can also add hundreds of different risers and shelves along with range mount salamanders or cheesemelters. The modular design also allows you to mismatch the range tops and the bases – the widths do not need to match, as long as the overall widths are the same.
