The Grande Flamme Millenium rotisseries have built Rotisol’s reputation over the years. This rotisserie combines fast cooking time and low energy consumption with a unique and efficient cooking system.


With its visible flame, its powerful halogen light and its European design, the 1350/5 (30 chicken capacity) offers a dramatic display for hotels, restaurants, and supermarkets.

Viking commercial heavy-duty Modular Island Suites are available in large or small units and custom-built to ensure perfect performance for every kitchen, including different shapes or forms. The open design easily accommodates virtually any piece of cooking equipment while allowing visual contact between chefs from any position on the suite. Built with bold style and ultra-premium standards, while designed for extreme flexibility and durability.

The spits are adjustable in depth and the independent motors and burners allow you to roast to perfection any size of products on any selected spit. The unit can be split into two compartments, allowing you to cook, at the same time, different products at different temperatures with no risk of cross- contamination or mixing their flavors.


The inside panels are removable for easier cleaning.
