Toastmaster’s Countertop Gas Charbroilers are the most economical and flexible countertop charbroilers in the industry. They offer unsurpassed performance, combining a proven control system with Toastmaster quality and durability. Both the radiant and lava rock units are available in natural or LP gas. U shaped burners are controlled by independent control flame. One standing pilot services each burner. A 3


⁄4 " rear connection is standard. Each


burner on the charbroiler is 30,000 BTU/hr. One front panel mounted control knob per burner, to allow adjustable flame height. One burner per 12" of charbroiler.

Heavy-duty modular Char Broilers with patent pending grate design to allow endless cooking possibilities and flexibilities. Heavy gauges and completely welded firebox gives maximum durability. Available in sizes from 18" wide up to 72" wide. Modular design so it can be mounted on a standard oven, a convection oven, cabinet base, refrigerated base, or use it as counter model with 4" legs.

Heavy-duty modular Overfired Broilers with counter balanced carriage system for vertical and horizontal movement control. Infinite vertical adjustment for maximum heat control and flexibility. Heavy-duty roller bearing design for smooth horizontal movement. Available in both infrared and radiant models. Steakhouse broiler models available with searing griddle mounted above burners. Modular design so it can be mounted on a standard oven, convection oven, cabinet base, or refrigerated base. Optional finishing oven to be mounted above broiler.

Stainless steel front, top, sides and 6" adjustable legs. Power blower mixes primary and secondary air with natural or propane gas. Reaches 1,600°F broiling temperature at burner quickly and maintains broiling efficiency during peak hours under repeated loading. Radiant infrared rays reduce broiling time up to 50% on many products. Quick preheating allows broiler to be turned off in slow periods. Spring-balanced 5-position grid for raising and lowering.

Vulcan delivers the performance required in high volume steak and chop houses. A 24" deep, reversible cast iron cooking grate maximizes production with cast iron radiants providing an optimal sear and quick recovery. Our standard construction also includes heavy cast iron bar- style burners and our under-burner heat deflectors keep burner box heat moving into the cooking and away from expensive under-counter refrigerated bases. All Achiever units include a full depth crumb tray with welded corners for a lifetime of hard work. Maximize charbroiler production with a unit that delivers useable heat (550ºF-700ºF) in any position on the cooking grid!
