2-HPG consists of two burner surface units mounted on a cabinet base. Accommodates pots and pans up to 10 inches in diameter. Burners are removable ring-type and are provided with removable clean-out pans. Burner controls are recessed in a well in countertop, and constructed so that the well lifts up and out for ease of cleaning. Counter is 16 gauge stainless steel. Cabinet base is equipped with removable drip pan, bottom shelf, hinged door with magnetic latch.

This rugged appliance is a natural for fried dishes. With easy access to fry pan handles, using front and back burners is a breeze. High- speed cast iron burners, each rated at 30,000 BTUs per burner, with smooth action valves for a full range of temperature settings. Stainless steel front, ends and splash are standard on all Step-Up counter models.

These countertop Hot Plates come in three sizes: 12" (2 burners), 24" (4 burners) and 36" (6 burners). All have heavy-duty cast iron removable burners that provide superior flame characteristics: immediate turn-down and gentle, true low heats. On/off control valves provide an infinite range of heat adjustment. Full-size removable drip pans facilitate cleanup.

The Wells Hot Plate with “instant on” provides dramatic energy savings. The H2412G-IO features a pan actuator that turns gas on when a pan is placed on the burner and automatically turns gas off when the pan is removed. Each burner has an adjustable air shutter to control primary air. Removable drip pans and burners provide easy cleanup.
